Description and field of application

The Thermo Proof Mini is a distance installation system for light to medium loads for fixing, for example, downpipes, signs, blind guides, mailboxes etc.
Secure anchoring in building material with Barracuda 14/70
The pre-assembled Thermo Proof Mini is easily screwed in with TX25
When used with M10 installation threaded pin: fixing of e.g. downpipes
When used without installation pin: fixing of mailboxes, outdoor cameras
When used without installation threaded pin and Barracuda 5/25: fixing of attachments with screws Ø 3.0 - 5.0 e.g. motion sensors, house numbers

Processing and assembly

Shorten threaded rod to length required
Drill a Ø14mm hole in the building material (drill hole depth 90mm + tWDVS)
Clean the drill hole
Screw Barracuda 14/70 onto the threaded rod with max. two turns
Hammer the pre-assembled Thermo Proof Mini into the drill hole until the black Iso Spacer is flush with the outer wall.
Screw in completely until the collar of the Iso Spacer is flush with the plaster

Attach the TOX Flexi Cap and install the pipe bracket Application example 2: installation with M6 screw for various uses
7. Unscrew the installation threaded pin
8. Fixing the attachment with M6 screw

8. Hammer Barracuda 5/25 into the Iso Spacer
9. Fixing of the attachment with a Ø 3.0 - 5.0 screw
