With the fischer Insulation Screw FID-Z, thin sheets can be attached to plastered ETICS facades made of polystyrene, mineral wool, wood fiberboard, and polyurethane insulation boards. The special tip geometry allows it to rotate directly into the facade without pre-drilling through the sheet metal. Attachments such as edge trims or sheet metal flashings can be easily and quickly installed. The sealing washer on the screw head seals the borehole against weather influences.
